Laid out in 1891 by James Braid, Warkworth Golf Club has 9 holes though each hole has two very different tee positions. Situated on the edge of the North Sea and bordered by dunes its tight fairways place a premium on accurate driving. It's location means the course is open almost 365 days of the year and there never any 'winter greens' used.
