When Donald Steel and Sir Michael Bonallack played the very first round of golf at Beacon Park Golf & Country Club in the summer of 1982 a little piece of history was added to the annals of Historic Upholland. The course has been thoughtfully sculpted and holds a myriad of secrets, will tease and tantalise you, and provide a taste of the way golf should be played. Stunning landscapes and breathtaking views have created a special golfing venue, selected as one of The Ten Best in the UK, by the Independent in July 2006.
